On Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, La Tavola Rossa becomes a laboratory for courses held by Chef Vincenzo Guarino and intended for lovers of good food. A single table with ten workstations and all that is needed to make the dishes. On Wednesdays you can attend the Gourmet Menu Course dedicated to the preparation of an appetizer, first course, second course and dessert. On Fridays there is the possibility to book the Bakery course: pan pizza, semolina bread, ciabatta, carasau bread and breadsticks. Finally, on Sundays, the Chef's Dinner Menu Course where you can try your hand at preparing a party menu for a Chef-proof banquet.
